All staff are bound by a confidentiality code. This includes Cromarty Partners, Admin Staff and visiting Health Care Professionals. Patients wishing to view an extract from their records should contact the Practice Manager in the first instance and the procedure will be explained.
Practices undergo regular visits by external assessors, whose purpose is to verify the process of the practice`s quality of care to patients. They therefore may need to view records of a random number of individual patients.
The visiting team adheres to a code of confidentiality. If you do not wish your records to be randomly inspected, then please inform the practice manager
